could be making it all up. Right? For instance, how can they tell how old a planet is? They have no samples. Stuff like that. How old a dinosaur bone is.
Just guessing. |
Intelligent people look things up. Lazy people take other people's word for it.
Science is a wonderful tool to view the world around you. It cannot only fascinate and entertain, but also enlighten one as to how creation itself is put together. Once you get a handle on that, you want to take it higher. You want more.
Thats where a spiritual path kicks in. Now you're after God.
I need to point out I'm not an agnostic. If you read my bio in the introduction forum, it will explain what I am and why my views are different than others here.
If you want to advance spiritually, you have to wean yourself away from those things which will not assist you. One does not gain anything by knowing if carbon 14 is a valid method or not.
It would get the attention of Einstein, but Jesus would keep on walking...

For me xexon,
It is a god of math, periodic table, and physics. The heart should fnot orget the mind anymore than the mind should dismiss the heart. They are on converging paths to understanding God for man.
Understanding C14 gives me a better understanding of how god works
Jesus would not keep walking.
Jesus would stop and give Einstein credit for what he was able to see.
For seeing something he was unable to see.
He would also tell him not to forget his family. Einstein biggest failure was not unifying forces, it was the way he treated his family. The paradox of truth, from great evil comes great Good.
Look into that mirror and see a god, just know you are a man.
