Is there ANYPLACE on this planet that has a WORKING Meritocracy? If so, where and for how long has it been in existence? How does it differ from the Republic form of govt. that we have now in America. Since the U.S. is a Republic form of govt. and NOT a Democracy. Just FYI. |
