hah, you got it Deb. As soon as I transfer everything from my lame old computer to CD.

Over the years I have dabbled in many types of writing. When it comes to poetry I never exactly used a specific form or structure, I just wrote. I did the whole Poetry.com thing, by which I mean I submitted poems and then never ever gave them a single cent.

I keep a book of things that I don't like to call a journal because they really aren't diary entries, simply me writing on whatever topic comes to mind.

Then we have the novel I am working on, which was originally concieved as a storyline for a video game(I wanted to go to school for designing games). My mom loves what she has read so far but I can't count my mom as a non-biased critic. Chapter three did make both her and my sister cry though lol.

What I am finding difficult is in creating a world from nothingness, and putting into that world their own unique history and things like magic, science, religion, governments, it is hard to explain everything in the detail that I understand it in my own mind. Much like a painter who cannot get the picture on paper to match as clearly and vividly as what he sees in his head.

I'll write up chapter three on here(which is safe because it only tells a part of the world's history and doesn't reflect any of the main story line aside from where a long standing fued started :P) and maybe some of my poetry as well.
