A "fundamental christian" response would be to say yes that child is going to hell because it was born in a state of "original sin" and was never baptised. This is why "fundamental christianity" IMHO is such a bunch dysfunctional, spiritually retarded b.s. What kind of "God" would allow that? Of course there is no such a place as "hell" or the "devil" so this is a non starter.
