I had CE201 course and the number of absences allowed is 12, then after that a DN grade will be given to the student according to the law of the university.
I was absent many times in the first 2 weeks, so the doctor warned me and had a bad impression about me (he had the right to do so).
the class started at 8:00 am, and I used to sleep at 1:30 am and wake up at 4:00 am to pray (we have 5 prayers every day, their time is ordained By Allah glorybe to Him) then I go back to sleep again, and sometimes I miss the class.
when I reached 13 absences, it was on wednesday, the doctor was angry from me and said: I warned you alot, and you will see the DN grade in your transcript on saturday, exept if you have a medical excuse. otherwise don't come to my class.
I said, I have no excuse.
I asked Allah to help me: ( O Allah, you are The Most Generous, every thing happen if and only if you allow it to be, you are The King and every one in the heavens and on the Earth is Your slave, the hearts of people is Your Hand, O my God, I am not a good person, but you are the Generous. if You answer me, then this is because You are Generous, and if You do not answer me, then this is because You are Just and I am a bad person.
O my Lord, help me and do not let me have a DN grade. verily You are The Merciful, and You are able to do all things ).
then, on saturday, I planned to go to the class early, but I slept.
I said, maybe Allah Gave me the chance, but I did not use it.
I didn't find the doctor on saturday, I found him on sunday and when I met him, he said: why you were absent yesterday, I said to him: sorry, I slept and I have no excuse.
He said: I will give you a chance, but if you miss the class again, you will get the DN grade.
On monday, I missed the class.
I said to the doctor: thank you very much, you were kind with me, may Allah give you a great reward for what you have done for me, then I went.
he said: look, this is the last chance I will give you.
if you miss the class again, I will give you the DN grade for sure.
I thanked him and never I missed the class after that.
