Perhaps something like the Journal of Anthropological Archaeology?

That seems like an ideal place for work on such ground breaking information about human society! Why would people cover up the truth! It's truth! It is impervious! They would have boatloads (literally) of evidence on their side!

That journal goes back to 1982 from what I can see. I'm sure there are many others that have been around longer, but this was what I came up with after a short search on sciencedirect.com

Furthermore, a keyword search on both noah and ark and Ararat independently provided no hits from that journal.
