In other games IIRC all you did was pull into a secluded place(like an alley) near the hooker and sit there, eventually they'll hop in and the car will start rocking. I may be mistaken about the place needing to be secluded, but I'd give that a try.

Tell Alex I highly recommend a few games. Resistance: Fall Of Man(Me and my friend play this online a lot), Heavenly Sword(beautiful game from what I've played so far), and Assassin's Creed. I need to get my own PS3 before God of War III and The Force Unleashed come out. Guess what I am spending my 'Bush money' on? :P
