buzz, i don't think anyone is trying to push you out (with the exception of deb mabey). most of us are tolerant of other peoples' beliefs and oppinions. your problem is that while most of us are here for discussions, you (like most other christians who come here) are only here to preach at us and try converting us. just so you know, you aren't the first, so there isn't really anything new that we haven't already heard. i thought you were here to get insight of your son's beliefs. why don't you try discussing what our views are instead of trying to find the best way to convert us. you were doing good when you started your "seperation" thread. that started as a real discussion, but then it just became you preaching christianity. don't take this the wrong way; i'm telling you this because i'm trying to help you. you could do well here if you just adjust your behavior and stop trying to convert us. trust me, i've seen this work; we have had christians and muslims here who did just fine because they were not preaching their religion. as for your hell comment, i have already said that i am fine with this, and all you are doing is giving us a worse view of christianity. your post has left this impression: that when christians try to convert you, they begin all nice and try their best not to be offensive, and when that doesn't work, they come out with how they really feel about you: you are scum who deserves an eternity of pain. this is how i see you now, and i hope that you can show me that i'm wrong. i also hope you stay and try using some of my advice.
