So you were an agnostic trucker, you feel the proverbial hand of god on your shoulder telling you to change lanes, and you immediately converted to Christianity? ... Why not Islam or some deistic god?

Again, I'm sorry I've not answered to your satisfaction. Truth be told, Maybe I just don't know how to expand on it further. As I stated before, I'm not as well versed in the bible as I'd like or need to be. I'm still learning. I only know what's in my heart and what I've learned since the "experience".
A little history; I was brought up in the Catholic church. I grew to disagree with the Catholics as I got older. Still do. I don't know when exactly I became disgruntled with "religion" all together. Certain life experiences I suppose. Probably like alot of yall. I had ALOT of unresolved questions about why this & that GOD? I asked preachers, priests, rabbis,..anyone I could. I was VERY skeptical.
Then the experience happened. I just sat and cried for quite awhile right after on the shoulder of the road. For some reason, I started to go back to church. A "non denominational" church. It was like GOD opened my mind and my heart to what I was seeking. HE filled that void in my heart. I don't ask why anymore, because I know HE has a purpose for EVERYTHING. It's not for me to question. HE reveals those things in HIS own time, when HE thinks we're ready. We here on earth can't comprehend HIS wisdom and purpose.
I only ask HIM for HIS guidance and wisdom to help me through each day. All we have to do is ask HIM and BELIEVE. HE listens and provides what we need.
This is the only way I know how to answer all yall's questions. I just have FAITH in HIM.
