Remember: Isaiah 55:8-9 "For my thoughts are not your thoughts, neither are your ways my ways, saith the LORD. For as the heavens are higher than the earth, so are my ways higher than your ways, and my thoughts than your thoughts."
You can be "pleased" about something, but still be a generally unhappy person.
We're not talking about a person; we're talking about God. With our finite minds, we cannot understand more about Him than what He has revealed about Himself through scripture. So it is a waste of time to wonder if God is happy about knowing the future, because He didn't say.

We only need to be concerned with how we can please Him according to the Scriptures.

"concerned with how we can please him"

riiiiiightttttttt.........shouldn't we be more concerned with how we treat others, instead of something we don't even know to actually exist?
