There is no absolute morality (in my opinion)
Much in the same way there are no absolute words .... both are creations of people, gods etc.
Personal morality does exist (I know what I consider to be wise and unwise in a particular situation). Now, if that comes into conflict with my family's values or society's then I must be prepared to pay the consequences.
That an individual's, a faith's or for that matter society's morality are somehow better than each other is clearly ridiculous.
