well i can listen to jus about anything as long as its not country, and most rap kinda sucks in my opinion
also dont like any opera, ewww.....jk, or classical, so basically any kinda rock, just not any heavy metal. Emo/screamo, post hardcore, grunge, alternative, punk and classic rock would be my faves xD
Some good bands in my opinion are: afi, flyleaf, paramore, green day, blink 182, and nirvana and drop dead gorgeous
