Danlo,

Good Question! I live in New Jersey so I have been extremely lucky in that regard. However, I grew up in Texas and went to college there so that was very tough. I remember I quit one journalism job because my editor was a hard core religous man...he believed everything about conservitism and it effected his outlook of Journalism...this is why I refuse to watch American "journalistic" TV and I end up giving up the career path..they are the most biased people. I like working in Mental Health and working with Individuals with Disabilities.

I do get a harder for being a Vegan though, in the Uni meat is so subisdized that you think that I am taking everything away. Their God, Grilled Steak, cheese pizza LOL. People are pretty cruel about that and get very defensive..I love my Vegan Forum I am on...but most come in with the "But Jesus Ate Meat" argument..one even said "God wrote the bible, so who cares who wrote down the words?" that was maddening as well.

I just try to awnser questions as politely as I can...

Thank you so much for your wonderful questions!

Respectfully,
Mags
