I'm more or less through it, though there are things that can never be forgotten.

Such a thing, which has no connection to the bad parts as such, I was 3-4 at that time, and got my hand on a hot stove, burned it terrible, you can't see a mark today, and I can't remember the incident, but everytime I approach heat or a flame of any kind, the body reminds me of the experience. And it is that way with more things, something you have mentaly forgotten but it will never leave the body.

Once again I thank for the advice, and I might try to find that book.
Your Welcome!
The process in the book is a good one to let those things go. A good test to see if your still hanging on to stuff from the past is to notice the next time you get really upset about something that is happening now (like an argument with your girlfriend etc.) and the unrelated stuff that happened in the past a long time ago also comes up for you as well during this time. If so you are still hanging on, it would be a good thing to buy the book and learn how to let go.
