I think we enjoy and find it comforting being with like minded people.
But there is a wide variety of people on this forum... devout Christians to devout atheists and of course the sensible ones in between....
there are people who have made question, some conclusions I had come to...Og, AB and marmalade come to mind.
I find the young people interesting and the doom and gloom theme that is common to many of them is for me worrying. Could be just a subset of the population that is drawn to post for a short while on a forum like this.
Regarding laughing and irony ..... I'll let you decide who you think is willing to laugh at themselves, at ourselves and those who take this all too seriously.
