If I'm saying "you are always you" then obviously I'm talking to you, and I couldn't be talking to you if you didn't exist. So now that you exist, ofcourse you are you. You = consciousness in the most basic sense. Like "I am always me." It wouldn't relate to any of your habits, likes or dislikes, or medication changes.

But in the mere time it takes you to say that, a few seconds could have gone by, and since you could argue that our consciousness can be variable from any instant to the next, the "you" at 8:00:01pm might not be the "you" at 8:00:02pm, and thus you wouldn't "always be you." Sweet! Absolute Truth still fails!


To apply it to the topic, I'm Not Convinced you appreciate the full implications of your username.


Actually, I think it's more fun if we pick someone's username, then all take a guess as to what the "real meaning" is. Whoevers closest could win a prize or something. Any volunteers?
