I deal with the customers/general public everyday I go to work, but I don't think I'd want to go to a forum to talk about it. When I'm at home, I try to think of work as little as possible.
That's pretty much how it got for me, too. It was kind of fun at first, but after a while, it got mundane. Plus, the main point of the forum was to rant about bad customer experiences, and constant ranting and complaining starts to sour my mood.
