Blunt? This is all crap.
It doesn’t scare away your "flesh blood.”
Don’t give yourself that much credit.
well not the type of fresh blood i'll prefer to have around here. but somepeople are afraid of conflict, becuse it questions their perceived reality. it might be helpful to first have them feel welcomed before they wrongly percieved questioning of their ideas as an attack. but if they perceive it that way and is so defensive their not probally gonna stick around for long or be the most enjoyable person to debate with. i don't mind turning a intro thread into a discussion on a topic. most likly the person looked around before they joined and started a intro thread too, so they should expect similar behavior to them as observed to others. do as you like.
It is easy, just leave out negative adjectives.

Is the post for the other person or you?
Is it to help each other or prove to yourself how great you are?

I judge a man on how he treats people that can not cut his throat, only a biltch runs his mouth when they can’t get their front teeth kicked in.

Telling some one they are wrong without trying to understand them or teach/learn from each other is just a bummer. I kick myself in the arse because I lose out on a learning opportunity because I can’t keep my big mouth shut. I have done here, sorry to say, but I am working on less negatives.
