That's quite a big jump. Can you tell me how we would "know" that it's a "god" and not some super evolved alien from another planet? Would we verify this "proof" with the other god whose existence we've proven?

I believe that the existence of a true "god" can't be proven to a society, it has to be proven to each individual individually, and that's one thing Christians might say is so beautiful about the whole thing. So essentially what you're asking me, is "Let's say you, Mr. NotConvinced, wake up tomorrow and believe in the existence of a god?"

Well....if this were the case I could most certainly end up changing my life, and logically I don't know what I might end up doing as I see it virtually impossible for the assumption case to happen in the first place.

Based on what I've said, the adapted version of the question might be...."Say you wake up tomorrow and the existence of a god has been proven to 80% of the worlds' population, how would you react? Would you have a greater tendency to believe?"

To that I'd have to say.....Maybe.
