For someone to be raped there has to be some sort of sexual activity involved, so to answer your question, no, of course she was not raped.
The equivalent of a baby growing in your womb is like a tumor growing in your brain for example. Would you consider it rape if someone had a tumor growing in them? Of course not.
Also if we're speaking hypothetically, Mary was a girl devoted to God, worshiping him all the time. One would think she would obey God no matter what.
Anyways if she didn't want the baby she could have just said no or went to an abortion clinic
but she didn't do neither.
