And why shouldn't I? What do you think is honorable? Is anything worth fighting for? Anything that you hold with high esteem? If you decide that you don't care about your responsibilities and your entire family denies you because of what they consider to be selfish and irresponsible acts on your part, your going to blame them for it? That their imposing "their" ideas on to you?

Its not about you, its about them. And when you realize that, then you will change your mind. This relative world that you live in doesn't exist. You DO live among people who care for you, you ARE responsible for yourself and others. If the entire world thought the way you do, completely egotistical and self-centered, then the world would be a lot worse off than it is now. News flash buddy, as screwed up as this world is, there are still people that care about each other.

Because its taking the easy way out. Its a lot easier to give up than to keep fighting, to keep living. Its not because of others, but bad because of themselves. You DO have ideals and dreams and hopes, and to give them all up and be defeated before the fight was even over is not something to admire or respect.

Maybe you think that someone who gives up because of all that troubles them is just as honorable and worthy of remembrance than someone who despite having similar problems held their head high and fought against all odds. Even if the second fails, I would much rather emulate the ones who fought and failed than the ones who gave up before the fight was even over.
