Hehe, dont really think metal is a genre that's been around to spread happiness, all the while since the inception of this genre, metal has all been about expressing your true feelings to the outside world.
If you'r happy you could always listen to metal which definitely wont make you any happier, but if your not, then metal is surely on your playlist.
