Not terror exactly, I mean I keep saying how child molestors should be made examples of, that doesn't mean terror, I mean the point is, don't commit a heinous crime or you'll suffer greatly for it, in Mussolini's Italy people weren't beaten for littering.
Nationalism does not always equate to racism, sometimes yes, but not always, there's the concept of Nationalism as race and ethnicity and then the concept of Nationalism as a nation, like I am a Canadian citizen but I am ethnically a Russia/German/Pole/Hungarian, in a fascist Canada every citizen would consider themselves a Canadian and cheer for Canada and work towards making Canada a great country, now obviously it's hard to become say a Switzerland but it's good to have a high goal like that.
