So your saying fascism is a authoritarian form of government that uses terror to control the masses and fosters belligerent nationalism. However, it does not promote racism. OK.
I sure mussoline is not a one dimensions caricature. I still wouldn't want to give up my freedom to a fascist government. If mussoline had not lost his country I'm sure his successors would have had their own ideas. I can understand the Italian's being nostalgic over a past that never was.
