lol, I really didn't think it required an arguement. How about a few facts;
1. smokers clearly are not striving to survive as long as possible
2. salmon certainly don't strive to live as long as possible (if they did they would certainly put off breeding a few more years)
3. a male preying mantis risks death every time it trys to breed (the female may kill it)
Clearly all life does not strive to survive to survive as long as possible. Of course, it really only requires one example to disprove an absolute but I thought I would give three just for the fun. |
