You probably unaware of what the Crusades were. I do not agree on the Jerusalem part but on what trigger it up.

By the year about 700 a.C., this area was inhabitated by, at the time, pacific Barbarians. Some were Christians, some Pagans, there were however respect for both sides and not many wars are reported from such time. Until the day from South appeared a bunch of "Allah uh Akhbar" zombies, lotting the villages, killing people just because there were a fellow on Medina who said he spoke to God.

They were finally stopped by Charles Martel and the reconquest has began. In order to get an union strong enough to deal with them however, they have to restore the long gone power of the Catholic church by Charles Magne making it as worse as Islam but Islam leave no choice either we manage to get some groups of fanatics or surrender to them.
From the East Byzantine was under the same threat.

Crusaders in their first instance simply did not allow to happen on Europe what happened to Persia. And yes, on such I'm proud of their bravery.

On the abuse part, I still don't know any war (holly or not) which had no abuse.

About your Mhein Kampf hallucination, maybe you should read that book prior to keep speaking of it. And turns out that what can be called after a Mhein Kampf prototype are the Muslim Hadeeth. Where hate against Christians and Jews in special is preached all over those cursed books.
So, under your understanding: One to say is Islam is evil is bad, but Islam carrying out books filled with hate is OK... go figure!

From the Hadeeth Bukhari Volume 4, Book 52, Number 177:
Quote:
Narrated Abu Huraira:

Allah's Apostle said, "The Hour will not be established until you fight with the Jews, and the stone behind which a Jew will be hiding will say. "O Muslim! There is a Jew hiding behind me, so kill him."
