I know that particularly SisterX (and others) have presented things such as the lack of intermediate forms in the fossil record as reasons to doubt evolution.

Ken Miller gives a talk at case western
Ken miller has written biology text books that have been widely used throughout the country at high schools and universities. He has been a witness at a variety of school board trials involving the teaching of ID.
At about 31 minutes into the talk (preceded by some great oration), he lays out exactly how the claims of ID are false. He begins with intermediate forms in the fossil record and talks about how there are so many fossils of intermediate forms that paleontologists get in fist fights about whether to call it a "mammal like reptile" or a "reptile like mammal." Amongst other things.
That's as far as I've gotten when I decided to make this post. This link is a 2 hour video of a talk that I think is very much worth seeing.
