First of all, they are not considered "suicide bombers". They are considered martyrs. To muslims (true muslims) there is a war waging now because the christian west is trying to conquer the muslim countries through military and economic might (US-Iraq, US and military bases in the gulf, US and European capitalist goods in muslim countries, the media that they can n longer censor and control...). Palestinians also consider that their land is occupied by what they think is the worst group of people on earth: the jews(the maghdoub aliyhim. koran[1:6]).
Such operations are therefore sanctioned by the koran. And I'm sure that you can find several verses oulining how important it is to die in the name of god.
