I meant no offense to the American and innocent people who lost their lives during 9/11. I was just trying to demacarte "a declaration of war" vs. "terrorism". Perhaps, I am wrong since most of Al-Qaeda's targets were civilian and not military, unless you consider the Pentagan and The White House a military target.
Again, I meant no offenst to any American or innocent person involved in 9/11. I was just trying to demarcate the difference between declaring war and terrorism, and I am not sure that we gave it as much thought as we should of.
Perhaps, I am wrong and can see whole-heartedly why you disagree with me. It can easily be an act of terrorism rather than a declaration of war. Either way, I do not think that these titles would ease any American nor innocent people involved in 9/11.
