Default Here's one book, I am trying to find others...

Sorry that I have not a bigger list of books to look through. Please don't reem me, I have to look for more references. I read the Republic by Plato in the English translation. I have also read this book: Platonic errors: Plato, a kind of Poet by Gene Fendt and David Rozema ISBN 0313307652. Most people ask for a "gut spill" and when it is presented just stare at the screen hoping for the answer to be translated in the form of ESP to them. I hope that you have the willingness to stop in your branch to go and have a look, though.

I am still looking for futher journals that explain the socratic method. Here Socrates is remanded for the complications that he causes with the introlocuters Thyrarusmacus (*spelling?) and Polymarcus. I believe the book also explains that these introlocuters are key in the explaining that anarchy is only best served when the people are all trading for the common good of the individual needs of each person. This is really difficult in Socrates' world however because the constant bumbling of his willingness to take the words right out of people's mouths, so selfishness is then justified in his mind. Plato kind of laughs but this is necessary for his form of democracy. Anarchy is then refuted because laws would be needed to return Socrates to normal.
