Notice in your Holy book that God breathed His spirit into Adam. Another translation may be the breath of life. Notice also that God sends a Spirit from HImself to us(Jesus). Adam is clay first and then God breaths. Jesus is spirit born foirst and then comes into the flesh. Two very different births. The Holy Spirit too is born of Spirit but has had no flesh birth as Jesus did.
When Jesus prayed to His Father He did so as a human. How else could He show a servant attitude unless he did so Himself?
