When I say the 'whole gentile world' I mean that you can go anywhere in the world, and people worship the God of Israel. That is fullfilled prophecy.
Now you may rebuttle with 'I can find hindus and buddhists everywhere, too', but their numbers are simply not comparable to the Christians. Nor are they sending missionaries to foreign countries to seek and save the lost.
